Furniture Support

If you are working with someone in urgent need of essential furniture or household goods we may be able to help. We work closely with partner organisations across South West London.
Please review the process below and send us an email with all the required information.

What type of Furniture can we help with

We aim to offer items appropriate to clients’ needs, space and access restrictions. We don’t have a wide range in stock, so we cannot usually offer a choice, but we should be able to help with the following types of furniture and white goods.

How it works

Step 1

Please complete the form below ensuring you provide all requested information.

Step 2

We will send you our full Referral Process and ask you to sign it and return it to us. We often operate a waiting list for items such as wardrobes, fridge freezers etc. We strongly recommend that if a client is advised there is a long wait, that you seek other options.

Step 3

We will contact your client and begin the process of allocating appropriate furniture if we have it in stock. We will then arrange a delivery date – these are often on a Tuesday when our furniture delivery team usually volunteer.

What do you need from us?

Please let us know the items required and any access information we need to know about the delivery destination (flat/house, floor, parking, etc). Please also share the reason for referral - such as life circumstances and so on.

Information on items we provide and don't:

We provide only essential furniture and appliances: cot, toddler, bunk & single beds, double and king beds, toddler, single, double & king mattresses (brand new, standard sprung), bedside tables, shelving units/bookshelves, Wardrobes, Chests of Drawers dining tables & chairs, desks, coffee tables, TV units, sofas (2 seats, no longer than 180 cm), armchairs, under-counter fridges, microwaves, TVs. Sometimes we might have something like mirrors, coat stands, and baby changing units. Our mattresses are brand new, all other items are second-hand in good condition. Please note that we have a waiting list for some items. (Temporarily we do NOT provide Fridge Freezers (standard size), Electric Cookers) REMOVE. We do NOT provide sofa beds, soft furnishings, bedding, kettles, toasters, vacuum cleaners, gas cookers, air fryers, washing machines and tumble dryers, curtains and blinds, rugs, dining and cooking items, decorative items.
