At DLAG, we believe no one should face hardship alone. If you or someone you know is struggling, we can provide food parcels, laptops or tablets, and essential household furniture and appliances.
We’re here for our community – and together, we can make a difference.
How to Access Support
To ensure help reaches those who need it most, we only accept referrals from trusted partners such as:
- Social services
- GPs and healthcare professionals
- Housing associations
- Schools
- Local charities and support organisations
If you need support, please speak to one of these organisations and ask them to refer you to us.
Food Support
Available for up to 8 weeks
Referrals must be made by partner organisations

Digital Devices
Laptops and tablets are mainly distributed through schools
Occasionally available for adults via referral

Furniture & Appliances
We do not accept direct furniture requests from individuals
If you live in Merton, Wandsworth, or Kingston, and are supported by a local agency, please ask them to refer you
